Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide, as far as courier services bring it. 

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship out to the UK, due to the new Brexit Tax regulations. This problem will be solved in the near future. As a service to UK customers we are able to hold and keep an order for you to to send out after we have received our EORI number. 

We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days after we've received your payment. Sometimes shipping takes a little longer, due to various reasons, I will keep you informed if it happens. Please have patience, for this is a one-woman enterprise. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order has shipped.

National and International shipping go via National Post and couriers. Very small/light orders go via the regular Post service without tracking code.

A pick-up service of your order is available on request and is free. 

For international shipping, we always send with track and trace, but we highly recommend you use insured shipping for larger parcels. Note that the buyer is responsible for any custom clearance fees incurred.

Returns

TDYB will happily refund any returns or facilitate exchanges within 14 days of buyer receiving the item. Please notify me via e-mail to start the process. 

All products must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. TDYB will determine if the returned product meets the requirements. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Please return the item unused and in its original condition.
